Spindle/Axis Run-in Platforms & Specialized Test Systems
FMI develops multiple spindle and axis run-in test systems in-house, offering complete solutions from single-axis servo testing to multi-channel synchronized monitoring across different CNC controller platforms and test requirements. All systems integrate HMI interfaces, electrical control panels, and measurement/monitoring functions — suitable for pre-delivery quality inspection, spindle performance run-in, and on-site fault diagnosis.
Axis Run-in Platform (Mitsubishi M70 Series)
Built around the Mitsubishi MELDASMAGIC M70 CNC controller, with a standard keyboard, signal tower, and electrical control panel — used for servo drive system run-in testing across all machine axes. Executes constant-speed reciprocating motion per axis and records speed profiles to confirm servo system stability before delivery.
- Mitsubishi M70 CNC controller integration
- Multi-axis servo run-in testing
- Three-color signal tower status monitoring
- Standalone design — deployable across test stations
Multi-Axis Servo Drive Test Platform (Mobile Type)
A wheeled mobile multi-axis servo test platform featuring an HMI touchscreen, 4 servo drive parameter display panels, and emergency stop on the top operator panel, with cooling fans at the base — enabling simultaneous testing of multiple servo drives' operating status and parameter settings.
- 4 servo drives tested simultaneously
- HMI touchscreen integrated operation
- Wheeled design for flexible on-site mobility
- Bottom cooling fans for extended continuous testing
4-Channel Temperature Monitoring Test Station
Top panel features 4 temperature controllers and 4 digital counter displays; center-mounted HMI touchscreen enables simultaneous monitoring of temperature changes at 4 test points — ideal for multi-point temperature rise monitoring during spindle run-in to confirm thermal stability.
- 4-channel independent temperature monitoring
- 4 counters with synchronized display
- HMI touchscreen integration
- Suited for spindle thermal stability run-in testing
HMI Servo Spindle Run-in Platform
Combines a control cabinet (with HMI, temperature controller, and servo drive) with a physical spindle test bed — allowing the servo motor under test to be mounted directly on the test bed for actual load run-in. Suitable for functional acceptance testing of overhauled spindles, confirming temperature rise, current, and speed stability under rated load.
- HMI operator interface integration
- Physical spindle motor mounting test bed
- Simultaneous temperature, current, and speed monitoring
- Suited for servo motor post-overhaul functional acceptance
