Case 1: Shin Hu Chiang GT66 Vertical Machining Center

A full refurbishment of an aging vertical machining center, including installation of modern safety-compliant enclosure guards (yellow enclosed sheet metal housing) and replacement of the CNC controller and electrical system. The result is a dramatically improved appearance with significantly enhanced operational safety and machining stability.

Case 2: Tatung TS15 CNC Lathe

Starting from a completely disassembled and decommissioned CNC Lathe, this project involved full mechanical overhaul, complete electrical system reconstruction, and integration of a new CNC controller — restoring the machine to full production capability.
